Task: To analyse the feasibility of the project (feasibility study), to make a financial model of the production cost.
Solution: A report, presentation for the investor, dynamic production cost model, equipment location plan, territory, list of technological equipment, project schedule, critical path diagram, risk assessment.
Result: The client was able to estimate the project budget with an accuracy of +/-30%, choose the main technical solution, select the site and get the investment plan for the project, as well as to start the approval of the project with banks and authorities.
